ok so i have the scene haircut and all but should i dye the top layer blonde? so here is a pic of me.....

Well no offense really but you look way way way too young to want to look scene. It's just stupid and I don't think you should. You look cute the way you are. Youre wearing what, a little pink heart dress or tutu? Why are going to get a scene haircolor of blonde and brown? it doesnt look good on anyone.
