I'm guessing you are arguing against protection of ozone layer.
Well, whenever you are talking about correcting environmental issues, it'll cost dollars. So first, the economic cost of the measures. In order for an action to be justified, benefit has to out weigh the risk. So now you argue is the cost really justified?
You can cite studies...is there actual study with strong evidence that man are the real causes and the changes aren't just natural cycle?? are there any other cause that may have significant role instead of humans? If humans were to take such measure what's the actual effect? Would it be really significant enough to change the current trend? Are we the cause at all?
Also, the benefits of ozone layer...is it just speculation or fact?
