Instead of being straight, the edge is curvy, forming little waves all along it. The metallic layer is therefore missing in some parts, hence the space, but it is only at the edge and not anywhere else. Is it damaged, and will it stop working in a shorter amount of time because of this?Is a DVD broken or damaged if the metallic layer in it is wavy at the edge?
test the dvd out and find out?
