the spin of the earth as well as the magnetic pull towards the poles results in a higher than normal amount of these chemicals at the poles. Why holes in the ozone layer form only above the poles and not in other areas?
because of the eaths and atmosphere is rotating each and every particle is subjected to a force called centrifuge force. therefore all particles pushes towerd equater plane. if there are enoughe ozone in atmosphere pressure increse in the ozone layer will chase away some ozone towerd poles. but with low ozone, poles will be bare of ozoneWhy holes in the ozone layer form only above the poles and not in other areas?
