Wat is the difference between STEP CUT & LAYER CUT? also wat is STEP WITH LAYERS CUT? which gives most volume?

Step cut is the look like more volume bcz personally mine is step cut layer cut means from frontside to back ur hair was layers but step cut means only back side step cut
