How do I get rid of the top layer of fat?

I have been working out for the past couple of months and i used to be a little bit chuby when i was in the seventh grade but now im in the tenth when i am normal and when i flex i can feel a six pack and i don't know any ways to get rid of the top layer of fatHow do I get rid of the top layer of fat?
in order to see a ';six'; pack, you need to have something like 3% body fat. very few people other than magazine models have this. It's an ideal that's basically impossible to achieve. If you still want that, you'll need to lose weight and still d lots of sit up/crunches. It will be difficult because your body doesn't want only 3% body fat, it wants to have a normal bmi of like 17 to 24%
