Is there a way to burn a double layer DVD onto a single layer DVD?

well, im using ukoo CD/DVD burner which fits me most personally speaking.It has ';disk copy'; function and can help you to burn your files and folders to CD/DVD disks. It performs quite well and easy to use!

There's a free program called DVDShrink that can compress DVDs for backups, or for burning onto a single layer DVD
Yes but the quality will be horrible after compressing it down. Use DVD Shrink like that other guy said, or Decrypter.
